1. Agreement
These Program Terms (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and PT DWIPA MESARI GLOBAL, publishing as Dwipt (“we”, “us”), for the Yelku affiliate program (the “Program”). By checking the acknowledgement on the application and submitting it, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Notice linked beside that acknowledgement. If you do not agree, do not apply. We may update these Terms by posting a new version at the same address. The version you accepted is stored with your application. A later version applies to a new application, and to a partner who accepts it in the portal. These Terms are in English.
2. The Program
The Program lets an accepted partner share a personal link to Yelku and earn a commission on qualifying sales that we attribute to that link. You enter the Program to promote Yelku in the course of your own content activity. This is a commercial arrangement for that promotion. It is not a consumer purchase of Yelku. You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent, or partner in a legal partnership, and you have no authority to bind us. Acceptance is not guaranteed. We may decline an application without stating a reason. Nothing in the Program is a bank account, a deposit, an escrow, an employment contract, or a promise that any sale or any sum will occur. Our records of applications, clicks, sales, commission, and payouts are the records of the Program.
3. Who may apply
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter a contract. You apply for yourself, or for an organization you are authorized to bind. You must give a working email address that you control. You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email, platform, and handle, and for keeping that email account secure. The handle and the platform you name are information for our review of the application. They are not a payment account, and they are not what a sale is attributed to. You do not have to register every account or page on which you will share the link. If we accept a later application from the same email, that acceptance is a separate place in the Program, with its own sign-in, its own link, and its own commission.
4. Handles
The handle, together with the platform you name, is the public account we review when deciding whether to accept an application, and it is the identity the Program locks so that a second person cannot register it. A handle that is already applied, accepted, or in the process of leaving cannot be registered again, with or without an “@”, and without regard to capital letters. You represent that the handle is yours to use for this Program. We do not verify, and we have no obligation to verify, that you control the social account. We do not connect to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or any other platform to prove ownership. Sharing your tracking link on another account does not add that account to the Program, does not create a second balance, and does not move commission. A person who names a handle they do not control does not become entitled to commission already attributed to the link of the partner who holds that handle. Commission stays with that link. You must not apply in order to collect money that belongs to another person.
5. Links and attribution
After acceptance we provide one tracking link for that place in the Program. You may share that link anywhere, including on a website, message, or social account other than the handle you named, so long as you control the place where you post it. Clicks and qualifying sales count on that link, whichever place the link was opened from. We do not identify, and we have no obligation to identify, which website, application, post, or handle a visitor came from. A browser may send a referring address. That address may be absent, incomplete, or only the name of a site. It is not a record of your handle, and the portal does not treat it as one. The figures in the portal are the figures for that link. Commission can arise only from a qualifying sale that our records attribute to that link. A qualifying sale is a Yelku Plus purchase for which the rupiah actually deposited for that sale is known to us. The amount owed is the share of that rupiah described in the portal, under the rule in effect for that sale. We may refuse a sale we reasonably believe is fraudulent, self-referred in breach of these Terms, or not attributable to your link. A cookie or similar identifier on the tracking link may last thirty (30) days unless the portal states a different period.
6. Hold, minimum, fees, and refunds
Commission waits through the hold period shown in the portal before it can be withdrawn, and a withdrawal must reach the minimum shown in the portal. PayPal’s send fee, described in the portal, comes out of the withdrawal. You may enter a PayPal email when you apply, or leave it empty and add it later in the portal. The first address is saved from the one entry you give. You represent that the PayPal account is yours, or that you are authorized to receive funds there, and that the address is correct. A replacement address does not take effect when you submit it. We send a confirmation message to the email on the account. Opening that message does not change the address. The replacement takes effect only when you confirm on the page in that message, and only if you do so before the message expires. Until then, and if you never confirm, withdrawals use the PayPal email already in effect. A withdrawal is sent to the PayPal email in effect when we submit it to PayPal. When PayPal accepts that payout, the payment is complete as between you and us. We have no obligation to reverse, repay, or reissue it because the PayPal account was not yours, because the address was mistyped in two matching entries, or because someone who signed in with your credentials set or confirmed it. If a sale is refunded after commission was recorded, the refunded amount comes off a later withdrawal. We do not pay a commission on a sale that is refunded before it is withdrawn. Figures in a currency other than Indonesian rupiah, where shown, are a view only. The amount sent is in rupiah. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal that we reasonably believe is unauthorized, fraudulent, or not payable. A delay or a refusal is not an admission that any withdrawal we do complete was unauthorized.
7. No promise of earnings
We do not promise any number of clicks, installs, sales, or any amount of commission. Examples, rates, and portal figures describe the Program as it operates. They are not a forecast. The Program, the rate, the hold, and the minimum may change for later sales. A change does not reopen a commission already locked to a known deposit.
8. What you may say
You may describe Yelku as a budgeting application and you may share the link we give you. You must not invent a price, a user count, a review score, an endorsement we have not made, or a claim that Yelku is a bank or holds customer funds. You must not buy advertisements that pretend to be us, misuse our marks apart from the partner kit, or post on a handle you do not control. Where a post includes the link, or otherwise promotes Yelku for commission, you must make it clear that you may earn a commission. The partner kit contains a disclosure sentence for that purpose. You are responsible for the laws that apply to your posts, including advertising and endorsement rules in your country.
9. Password
When you are accepted we email a password, or we tell you to use the password you already have for that email. That email and password sign in to that place in the Program. You can change the password in the portal. You must keep the email account and the password confidential. You are responsible for every act done through a sign-in with that email and password, whether or not you knew of the act or authorized the person who did it. Those acts include viewing the portal, changing the password, setting or confirming a PayPal email, turning an authenticator on or off, asking to leave, and requesting a withdrawal. A withdrawal or a PayPal change made through such a sign-in is treated as yours. We are not obliged to reverse it, to repay commission that was withdrawn, or to send it again to a different address. Tell us at support@yelku.com if you believe someone else is using the account. That notice does not oblige us to recall a payout that PayPal has already accepted, and it does not by itself stop the tracking link. You may turn on an authenticator in the portal. It is optional. If you turn it on, signing in requires a current code from that authenticator, or a recovery code that we show once, in addition to the password. You are responsible for keeping the authenticator and the recovery codes. If you do not turn an authenticator on, the password alone signs you in.
10. When we ask you to leave
There is no pause. A partner is in the Program, or we have asked them to leave under this section. We may end your place in the Program at any time, including if we stop the Program, if a post breaks these Terms, or for no stated cause. We email you. Your tracking link stops when that email is sent. You then have seven (7) days to stop posts and videos that promote Yelku and to withdraw commission still owed. For that exit, and only because we asked you to leave, the minimum does not apply and commission still inside the hold may be withdrawn. In the portal you confirm that you have stopped the content. If you confirm, or if you do not confirm within those seven days, you are removed. Anything not withdrawn by then cannot be withdrawn. A withdrawal already accepted by PayPal is not reversed by this section except where a refund is later applied under section 6.
11. When you leave
You may leave a handle yourself from the portal. We send a confirmation message to the email on that handle. The message contains a page that works for seven (7) days. Opening the page does not remove you. You must confirm on that page. When you confirm, that handle leaves the Program immediately. Anything still owed and not already sent cannot be withdrawn. The minimum is not waived, and there is no extra withdrawal window. If you do not confirm, you stay in the Program. Leaving one handle does not by itself remove another handle on the same email.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on commission you receive, and for any registration your country requires of you. We may ask for tax information before a withdrawal and may refuse a withdrawal until you provide it. We do not give tax advice.
13. Privacy
We process personal information about the Program as described in the Privacy Notice, which is part of these Terms. You must not give us personal information of your audience except what a public post already shows and what our tracking link records on its own.
14. Disclaimer and liability
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED TRACKING, ERROR-FREE ATTRIBUTION, OR THAT PAYPAL WILL COMPLETE A WITHDRAWAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST COMMISSION, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR A SALE WE DO NOT ATTRIBUTE TO YOUR LINK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR A WITHDRAWAL, A PAYPAL CHANGE, OR ANY OTHER ACT DONE THROUGH A SIGN-IN WITH YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD, OR FOR YOUR FAILURE TO KEEP THAT EMAIL, THAT PASSWORD, AN AUTHENTICATOR, OR A RECOVERY CODE SECURE, INCLUDING WHERE SOMEONE ELSE SIGNED IN AND TOOK THE COMMISSION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM AND THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSION WE ACTUALLY PAID YOU FOR THAT PLACE IN THE PROGRAM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER MANDATORY LAW.
15. Your responsibility for your posts
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will indemnify PT DWIPA MESARI GLOBAL and its directors and employees against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your posts, your handle, a claim that you did not control an account you registered, the PayPal account you nominated, use of your email, password, authenticator, or recovery codes by any person, or your breach of these Terms or of advertising law.
16. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory rules of your country of residence apply where they cannot be waived. Subject to those rules, the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement about the Program. You may not assign your place in the Program. We may assign these Terms with the Program.
